PERFECT OIL OBTAINED FROM A SINGLE CULTIVAR
Caccese Farm produces exclusively Monocultivar Olive Oil, the so-called Perfect Oil!
It’s Perfect because Monocultivar, it’s made by a single cultivar, by perfectly matured olives, with a malaxione to 24 °C
in continuous mill 2 phase, storing and bottling

Ortice and Leccio del Corno
Ortice
It’s cultivated in Campania with several names ('olivona', 'iessana', 'olivo a pizzo', etc.), but its preferred area to grow is the medium-high hills of Benevento.
The plant vigour is medium, with high crown and upright posture: it is self-incompatible.
The drupes offer an excellent oil and are also appreciated as product for meal, both in brine and dehydrated by the sun. The oil yield is around 16%.
Its fruity olive usually is green, with medium-high intensity and herbaceous smell of tomato and artichoke.

Ortice

Leccio del Corno
It's an olive-growing from Toscana, recognized in 1929 in the locality San Casciano in val di Pesa (Fl), at the farm of the ‘corno’, from which the name.
Vigorous plant on average, with thick crown and wide posture. The productivity is useful, with an oil yield around 12%.
The oil is green, medium fruity, lightly spicy with bitter aftertaste; it has a herbaceous smell of almond
and green grass and it is characterized by a medium-high number of polyphenols.
